Terms of Service

Beekeeping is available by invitation and is currently offered free of charge while it is being tested. Access can be changed, suspended, or ended at any time, and features may change or be removed. If the service is ever discontinued or begins charging, you will be told in advance and given a chance to export your records.

You sign in with your own account or email and are responsible for activity under it. An operation admin decides who can see and change that operation’s records, and is responsible for the people they add.

The records you enter belong to you and your operation. You give Beekeeping permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You can ask for a copy of them at any time. See the privacy policy for how data is handled and deleted.

Do not try to access another operation’s records, interfere with the service, share invite links publicly, or use the app for anything unlawful. Accounts that do may be removed.

Mite thresholds, treatment withdrawal dates, FSA deadlines, and ELAP payment estimates are calculated from the information you enter and are aids to record keeping, not veterinary, legal, or financial advice. Always confirm withdrawal periods against the product label, and eligibility, deadlines, and payments with your county FSA office.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may have errors or interruptions. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator of Beekeeping is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, colonies, or data, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, or the smallest amount the law allows.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use Beekeeping after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: dysonju@gmail.com.
